Orchard Heights is a sought-after location in Ashford, located next to Repton Park with good access to the A20 and M20. With a large Waitrose just off the estate in Repton Park and an equally sized John Lewis Home store across the road, all local amenities are within walking distance. There is a child’s playground in the area as well as Repton Manor primary school and Repton Manor Nursery, which makes it a perfect area for families.

Repton Manor primary school was awarded a good report in 2018 from Ofsted, for children aged between 4 and 11. Highworth Grammar School and Sixth form is also within walking distance of the area. There are also great links into the town centre via bus or even walking, which gives excellent connections to London, Maidstone, Folkestone and Canterbury, for those who work outside Ashford.
