Lovely Orchard Heights

Orchard Heights is a sought-after location in Ashford, located next to Repton Park with good access to the A20 and M20. With a large Waitrose just off the estate in Repton Park and an equally sized John Lewis Home store across the road, all local amenities are within walking distance. There is a child's playground in the area as well as Repton Manor primary school and Repton Manor Nursery, which makes it a perfect area for families. Repton Manor primary school was awarded a good report in 2018 from Ofsted, for children aged between 4 and 11. Highworth Grammar School and Sixth form is also within walking distance of the area. There are also great links into the town centre via bus or even walking, which gives excellent connections to London, Maidstone, Folkestone and Canterbury, for those who work outside Ashford.

Properties in the area sell upwards of £230,000 reaching currently below the £400,000 mark. We would recommend a two-bedroom terraced in the area to fetch between £230,000-£250,000, while a three-bedroom semi-detached would be marketed between £270,000-£300,000. A three-bedroom detached house would be targeted at £300,000 - £330,000, while a four-bedroom detached house would be £330,000 to £350,000. Orchard Heights have a selection of various house designs, with some lovely weather boarded four-bedroom detached properties.

For restaurants in the area, there are not any situated on the estate, however there is plenty within a short drive as off of junction 10, there is Eureka Park whereby there is a Mcdonalds, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Nandos, Beefeater and Frankie and Benny's. If these don't appeal to you, then there are also restaurants in the town centre, such as:

  • Trattoria Romana
  • Amici
  • Hopstuff Taproom
  • Aji Japanese Restaurant
  • Po Thai Ashford
  • Little Raj
  • Indian Diner
  • Paper Duck World Buffet
  • Pizza Express
  • Everest Inn
  • Street Kings Smoke Shack
