Do you love the area you live in?

The short answer for me is yes, I do, it has everything I need namely local shops and bars within a five-minute walk, same for the cinema but for me most importantly I can walk to the sea in approximately 7 minutes. So, do you love where you live? If so, what are the best things about it? What makes it really special for you? If you are thinking of moving and you really do love your area, then why move out of it? If you do wish to move perhaps you can ask some local agents if they can do a marketing campaign for you in the form of leaflets or Facebook videos and see what response they get, they could find a gem of a house for you.

The biggest issue is if you don’t like where you are when you decide to move, have a list of things that you will compromise or won’t compromise on your next house. What is the most important thing in your new home? Register with agents and give them as much information as possible about your preferences so when the perfect house comes on the market, they can call you and hopefully it will be your dream home!
