Charged at the equivalent of the first month’s rent, includes registering the deposit. Subject to a minimum fee of £500+vat (£600).

Rent Collection
Charged at 6%+vat (7.2%). Set up fee £495+vat (£594)

Fully Managed
Charged at 10%+vat (12%). Set up fee £495+vat (£594)

  • Tenancy Renewal is £50+vat (£60) for 6 months, £75+vat (£90) for 12 months
  • Section 21 or Section 13 notice is £50+vat (£60)
